With a decade of classroom teaching experience, I bring the art of learning and understanding to the forefront of fitness and health. As an alumnus of the Concordia University Basketball Varsity Team, I've learned the value of teamwork and leadership in achieving goals. My journey in martial arts as a Judo and Jiu Jitsu practitioner, coupled with my experience as a Professional M.M.A Fighter, has taught me discipline, strategy, and resilience. When working with clients, I focus on educating them from the basics, empowering them to become captains of their own health journey.
